Great experience at Express Auto Spa in Woodbridge! The staff was friendly, professional, and paid excellent attention to detail. My car came out looking incredibly clean inside and out, and I was very impressed with the quality of the service. They took their time and made sure everything was done properly. Great customer service and definitely worth the visit. I’ll be coming back and highly recommend them!

Great place to get your car washed at a very reasonable price! The wash quality is excellent, and they provide free self-service vacuums for up to 10 minutes, which is really helpful for cleaning the interior. If you ask, they also provide interior cleaning wipes and a car freshener. They even keep both dry and clean wet microfiber cloths available so you can manually wipe down your car after the wash. Overall, it’s a great value for the money with thoughtful extras that make the experience even better. Highly recommended!

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. My car came out with dirty wheels and tires that were clearly not cleaned properly. For a professional car wash, I expected much better attention to detail. Even more concerning, after the wash I noticed scratches and what appears to be paint transfer/scuff marks on the side of my vehicle that were not there before. I attached photos showing the condition of my wheels and the paint damage I found afterward. I paid expecting my car to be clean and protected, but instead I left with an incomplete wash and concerns about damage to my vehicle. I hope the management takes customer concerns seriously and improves both the quality of the wash and the maintenance of their equipment. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this car wash.

I have been a member at this car wash, but unfortunately my recent experience was extremely disappointing. During the wash, my vehicle was damaged my car now has noticeable scratches, and my door protectors fell off as a result of the service. What is even more frustrating is that I have contacted customer service multiple times over the past week, and no one has properly helped resolve the issue or taken responsibility. I have photos and proof of the damage, yet I am still being ignored. I am requesting that a manager contact me immediately to resolve this matter professionally. If this continues to be ignored, I will have no choice but to take further action, including filing formal complaints and exploring legal options. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and accountability.
